Job summary

PNC is seeking a Branch Manager in Ontario, CA to lead branch performance, drive revenue, and deliver a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in banking, not required to hold a degree, and Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.

• Spanish speaking is preferred for this role, with bilingual capability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch performance and drive revenue growth through consultative client interactions.
• Create a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment and manage risk and compliance.
• Build and coach a high-performing branch team, focusing on onboarding, development and performance.
• Achieve sales targets and share-of-wallet growth by collaborating with ecosystem partners and business customers.
