Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Drive branch business development and revenue through Small Business and Mass Affluent initiatives.
• Lead, coach and motivate branch teammates to achieve client financial success and team goals.
• Partner with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Operations to ensure compliance with procedures and risk management.
• Participate in civic and business groups to prospect and develop new business.
