Job summary

Truist is seeking a Branch Leader in Charlotte to guide daily branch operations, drive performance, and develop a high-performing team. You will coach staff, manage client relationships, and execute growth strategies in small business and IRM partnerships.

You will represent the Truist brand in the community, ensure compliance with risk controls and internal policies, and lead talent decisions from hiring to performance reviews. A strong builder of culture and results is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch performance and revenue through Small Business and IRM partnerships.
• Lead client-facing activities: appointments, prospecting, and outbound calls.
• Develop relationships with civic and business groups to grow new business.

• Manage human capital: hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
