Job summary

Truist is seeking a Branch Leader in the United States to drive performance and revenue through small business, IRM partnerships and client development. The role includes leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver strong team and individual results.

The ideal candidate will bring branch management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services or related experience.
• One year of branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image and align team with Truist mission and values.
• Drive branch performance and revenue through Small Business, IRM partnerships and client development.
• Lead branch revenue growth via Small Business and Mass Affluent client activities.
• Engage with civic and professional groups to prospect and develop new business.
• Manage human capital including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews and scheduling.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with procedures and ethics.
• Oversee disciplinary actions and workforce management for branch team.
