Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
• Experience in building customer relationships and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations, deposits and investments growth, and coaching.
• Deliver attentive, welcoming service and represent Chase brand and culture.
• Coach team to achieve targets while maintaining risk and control standards.
