Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail banking or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to empower employees to achieve results.
• Proven decision-making skills in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, with adherence to policies.
• Ability to educate and connect teams, partners, and clients with technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to grow deposits and investments.

• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.

• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
