Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, coach staff, and foster a welcoming member experience. You will drive service, sales, and growth while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with local businesses and community organizations to strengthen relationships and expand branch performance, balancing hands-on management with coaching and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 required.
• Notary appointment required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch team members to meet service, sales, referral, and operational expectations.
• Drive branch performance through plans for member service, loan and deposit growth, outbound calling, business development, and budget management.
• Support excellent member experiences by resolving escalations and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
