Johnstone Supply The Balsan Group in Lewiston, ME is seeking a Branch Manager to lead one of our wholesale distribution locations. You’ll own the location’s success, develop your people, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable growth.

You’ll coach and motivate your team, grow sales, monitor performance, ensure safe operations, and collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience in wholesale distribution, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, industrial, or related industry.
• Strong sales and business-development skills.
• Experience managing and developing employees.
• A track record of achieving goals and improving performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to make decisions, prioritize, and hold others accountable.
• A customer-first mindset and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities
