Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and develop branch teams to meet productivity goals.
• Strong focus on coaching, growth, and career development for staff.
• Ability to develop and manage branch budgets and monitor variances.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and work rules.
• Counsel members on financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch teams to achieve productivity and performance expectations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor development plans and training.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain branch appearance, safety, and equipment standards.
• Address member requests and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Obtain Michigan Credit Producers License within 6 months of lending training.
