Responsibilities

• Deliver on branch goals by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.

• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and engage with the community.
