Job summary

Chase's Consumer & Community Banking division is seeking a Branch Manager in California. You will lead a branch, coach a team, and drive deposits and investments while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will represent our brand with hospitality, manage operations, risk, and regulatory compliance, and partner with colleagues to provide tailored financial solutions to clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• College degree or military equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Motivate the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our culture and values.
• Grow deposits and investments using the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies.
• Prioritize understanding client needs to build lasting relationships.
