Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Education: A two-year college degree, or completion of specialized certification/licensing, or vendor training courses, or apprenticeship program.
• Interpersonal Skills: Diplomacy and tact in communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct, develop, motivate and coach branch staff while meeting service standards.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating employees; communicate with Retail Operations.
• Represent the branch in community relations and attend meetings to enhance visibility.
• Prepare and submit standard reports; participate in management meetings as needed.
• Ensure branch activities comply with policies and security standards.
