Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Branch Leader to drive exceptional customer experiences, coach staff, and meet branch goals in a compliant environment.

You will collaborate with wealth, business banking, mortgage and payments teams to help customers reach their financial goals, while guiding staff to deliver top-tier service. This role requires NMLS registration, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and five days on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, mentor and train team members with independent judgement in performing duties.
• Identify financial resources for customers and advise on appropriate products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services and expand the local market/community.
