Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members with independent judgement.
• Provide direction and recommendations to customers for financial products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services through local market and community involvement.
