Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members; provide direction and recommendations to customers and partners.
• Promote U.S. Bank products/services and expand the local customer base through community involvement.
