• Previous experience leading or managing employees.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfort with computers, scheduling systems, email, and business software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of five service technicians and two office staff.
• Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable for performance.
• Oversee daily scheduling, service workload, installations, and customer needs.
• Help the team prioritize work and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and reliable service.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and find fair, practical solutions.
• Monitor team productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop employees as needed.
• Conduct regular employee check-ins and performance reviews.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
• Help manage inventory, equipment, vehicles, and other branch resources.
• Track key performance measures and communicate branch results to ownership.
• Look for ways to improve processes, customer experience, and profitability.
• Take ownership of the branch rather than waiting for someone else to solve problems.
