ICONIX Waterworks seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations on the West Coast. You will coach a high-performing team, drive customer service excellence, and align resources with business priorities.

The role requires 7+ years in the industry with 3+ years in leadership, strong communication, and relationship-building skills. A focus on safety and process improvement will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of related industry experience with at least 3 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience leading teams and developing employees.
• Strong ability to build customer and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team with accountability, safety, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Drive branch performance by evaluating operations and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Monitor financial and operational performance using key metrics for informed decisions.
• Develop and manage branch budgets, controlling expenses and investments.
• Champion a strong safety culture and implement training initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management and purchasing to optimize stock and reduce SLOB.
• Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams on business plans and service delivery.
