Job summary

Crystal Clean, a leading environmental waste services company, is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to drive growth at new and existing manufacturing sites. You will promote the company’s parts washers and environmental services, leveraging a car allowance to visit client sites.

Ideal candidates bring proven B2B sales experience in industrial settings, strong communication, and a willingness to develop new accounts while maintaining safety and compliance across all activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and field sales skills required.
• Sales experience preferred in CC environment.
• Industrial sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Engage in and promote safe work behaviors per CC guidelines.
• Drive customer service and new business development in assigned area.
• Pursue additional services with existing accounts.
• Identify customer needs, present CC products, develop new customers.
• Perform interim duties as Branch Manager when needed.
• Conduct field tests and sample waste streams at customer sites.
• Develop sales leads for Data-Marketing.
• Assist field sales reps with new accounts.
• Maintain DOT compliance in paperwork and operations.
