ICONIX Waterworks is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence across safety, service, and financial performance. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with regional leaders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and strong vendor/customer relationships in a fast-paced waterworks environment on the West Coast and Texas markets.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of related industry experience, including at least three years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing a team and supporting their growth and development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team with accountability, collaboration, safety, and customer-focused service.
• Drive branch performance by evaluating operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing processes that increase efficiency, productivity, and overall business results.
• Monitor branch financial and operational performance, leveraging key metrics and reporting to support informed decision-making and achieve business objectives.
• Develop, manage, and forecast branch budgets, including operating expenses and capital investments, ensuring resources are aligned with business priorities and growth opportunities.
• Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety programs, facilitating training initiatives, and promoting safe work practices throughout the branch.
• Oversee inventory management and purchasing activities, maintaining optimal stock levels while controlling costs and reducing SLOB inventory.
• Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to execute business plans, support continuous improvement initiatives, and deliver exceptional service to customers.
