Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the growth of a sales branch and oversee facility operations. The role includes managing a team of sales personnel, ensuring timely customer service, and driving end-of-period quota achievement.

You will ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations while coordinating with fleet management. A CDL and experience in environmental services are highly valued for this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous sales and operational experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL and Med Card with required endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales branch growth and facility operations.
• Direct and monitor activities of all sales personnel.
• Ensure on-time performance of customer services and branch tasks.
• Maintain compliance with EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Train and develop branch staff and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Tabulate and report branch sales results to management.
