Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Motivates, coaches, and develops branch staff to deliver outstanding member service.
• Maintains expert knowledge of branch operations and processes.
• Conducts daily huddles and monthly staff meetings.
• Represents the branch in community networking and school promotions.
• Creates annual branch business plans and reports performance to senior leadership.
