Job summary

Rentokil is seeking a Branch Manager to guide a district, mentor a management team, and ensure policy alignment. You will drive growth, efficiency, and legendary customer experiences while upholding safety and compliance.

The role requires leading a team, recruiting and developing staff, analyzing metrics, and implementing programs across operations, sales, and service functions. Willingness to travel and hold licenses is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
• 5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent level experience.
• Experience in management, sales, training, relationship development or customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a fast-paced environment.
• Pest control industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity and profitability and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview applicants, select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan and delegate responsibilities to operations and service management for smooth branch flow.
• Drive program implementation by motivating district management to meet objectives.
• Review environments and metrics to identify problems and coach teams to action.
• Support and audit with operations, sales and office leadership.
