Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Six years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise.
• Four years of previous Branch Leadership or Management Experience.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the assigned branch.
• Drive branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing.
• Responsible for human capital decisions including hiring and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
