Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the assigned branch.
• Drive branch performance through leading, coaching and business development.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures and risk management.
• Partner with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Operations partners.
