Truist in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Branch Leader responsible for driving performance and development across the branch. You will lead, coach, and manage staff while pursuing business development and client relationships aligned with Truist’s strategic goals.

The role emphasizes compliance with internal controls, risk policies, and cross-functional collaboration with IRM and Operations. Strong leadership and people-management experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment and NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsabilidades

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Drive branch revenue through Small Business development and client strategies.
• Grow Small Business and Mass Affluent client appointments and outreach.
• Engage in civic and business groups to prospect and build the Truist brand.
• Lead and motivate the branch team to fulfill the Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls and risk policies; collaborate with IRM and Operations.
• Oversee human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring and performance reviews.
