Job summary

Truist Boone branch seeks a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of the branch, drive performance, coach teams, and develop business. The role emphasizes Small Business and IRM partnerships, with a focus on regulatory compliance and strong client service.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, relevant banking experience, and at least one year of leadership responsibility. You will lead recruiting, scheduling, and performance reviews while representing Truist in the local community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill the Truist Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Drive branch business development to deliver strong team and individual performance across Small Business, Mass Affluent, and IRM partnerships.
• Grow branch revenue through Small Business development and new client strategies; foster Mass Affluent growth via appointments and outreach.
• Represent the branch in civic, government, professional, business, and community groups to prospect and develop new business.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to fulfill Truist’s Purpose, Mission and Values for client financial success.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with bank procedures, controls, risk management and ethics; promote One Team culture.
• Oversee human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
