Job summary

CraneWorks/RentalWorks seeks a results-driven Branch Manager to lead the new Jackson/Brandon, MS branch, overseeing CraneWorks and RentalWorks operations, sales, and safety.

You will build the local market, manage team performance, optimize operations, and ensure profitability while maintaining top-tier service for customers. A strong track record in leadership and crane equipment knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in crane or heavy equipment operations recommended.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for branch operations, sales execution, and customer service.
• Develop local market presence by building customer relationships and identifying target accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable to targets and safety standards.
• Ensure branch safety and compliance across CraneWorks and RentalWorks.
