Qualifications

• 3+ years of Consumer Lending or Financial Services experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience or completion of a lending training program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics; or equivalent military rank.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial services software.
• Ability to complete duties timely and accurately.
• Licenses to sell insurance required.
• Work at assigned branch location.

Responsibilities

• Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving applications and offer loan solutions that meet customer needs.
• Manage retention and maintenance of existing accounts to achieve branch sales targets.
• Coach branch staff with actionable feedback to achieve goals and minimize turnover.
• Prepare and submit reports reflecting branch activity and growth.
• Develop business by networking with local establishments and building community relations.
• Implement internal branch auditing procedures to control negotiable items and records.
• Approve exceptions to policy as authorized by management and resolve policy-related obstacles.
• Monitor monthly expenses using the annual business plan.
• Investigate and resolve customer and employee inquiries and complaints.
• Attract high-quality and diverse talent and interview prospective candidates.
• Participate in meetings and professional development to stay current.
• May perform additional functions such as cash handling, loans processing, and phone duties.
