Alliance Catholic Credit Union in Troy, MI is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our busy Troy branch with a strong emphasis on sales, service and staff development.

You will coach teams, implement sales plans with regional leadership, supervise scheduling and training, resolve member inquiries, uphold service standards, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum college degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years financial institution experience preferred.
• Proven sales and service orientation with coaching ability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and implement branch sales plans with regional leadership.
• Provide coaching and effective communication to staff.
• Hold regular meetings to train employees and discuss improvements weekly.
• Resolve member requests and questions promptly.
• Promote business development and maintain service quality standards.
• Supervise scheduling and workflow; approve PTO and staffing costs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and laws.
• Interview, train, plan, assign, and direct work; appraise and reward staff; address complaints.
