Qualifications

• Minimum of a college degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years financial institution experience or equivalent.
• Proven sales and service culture experience.
• 5+ years in a management role with coaching and mentoring experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and implement branch sales plans.
• Provide leadership through coaching and clear communication.
• Conduct regular meetings to train staff and discuss improvements.
• Resolve members' requests and questions promptly.
• Promote branch business development and maintain service standards.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and laws.
• Interview and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance; discipline when needed.
