Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional Branch Manager for the Rochester, MI location. You will work with the Regional Manager and VP of Retail Services to drive branch sales plans, coach staff, and ensure superior member service.

The role reports to the Regional Branch Manager and requires a strong background in leadership and financial services. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and 5–7 years in a financial institution, with proven sales and service results,

Qualifications

• Minimum college degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of financial institution experience.
• Proven sales and service culture.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch sales plans with Regional Manager.
• Lead, coach, and train branch staff.
• Oversee scheduling and staff costs within budget.
• Ensure member requests are resolved promptly.
