Job summary

Bath Fitter is seeking a Branch Leader to build and guide a high-performing team, drive growth, and optimize operations. You will develop talent, set clear goals, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from first contact to installation.

You will lead sales, installation, and administrative functions, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with regional leadership to execute growth strategies. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch, business unit, or multi-functional team.
• Strong business, operational, and people leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• International travel is required; ability to travel with government-issued ID (Real ID or passport).
