Job summary

Bath Fitter in Norcross, GA is seeking a Branch Leader to head a high-performing team including sales, installation, and admin. You will drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence while delivering exceptional customer experiences from first contact through installation.

You will lead with accountability, use data to guide decisions, manage safety and inventory, and collaborate with regional leadership to execute strategies that grow the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch, business unit, or multi-functional team.
• Strong business, operational, and people leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• International travel is required; employees must maintain valid government-issued identification for travel purposes (e.g., Real ID or passport).
