Job summary

Bath Fitter seeks a Branch Leader who will build and lead a high-performing sales, installation, and admin team while driving branch growth and profitability. You will create clear goals, accelerate performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences from first contact through installation.

You’ll collaborate with regional leadership to implement business strategies, monitor key metrics, and stay compliant with safety and inventory controls, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch, business unit, or multi-functional team
• Strong business, operational, and people leadership experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
• International travel is required and Travel doc (Real ID or passport) is required
