Bath Fitter Corporate in Atlanta, GA seeks a Branch Leader to run a full business, build a high-performing team, and drive growth. You’ll own accountability for profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence while leading strategy from implementation to completion.

Key responsibilities include developing talent, managing sales, installation, and admin functions, and collaborating with regional leadership to execute growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch, business unit, or multi-functional team.
• Strong business, operational, and people leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• International travel is required; travel may require Real ID or passport.
