Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Universal Bankers and Tellers by modeling service behaviors and mentoring on sales, service, and compliance.
• Guide clients and team in the branch, handling complex transactions and ensuring exceptional client experience.
• Champion risk and control by monitoring operations, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting the Branch Manager.
• Demonstrate products and educate clients on digital capabilities (Online, Mobile, ATM) to drive engagement and referrals.
• Take ownership of client issues, resolving problems promptly and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Create a welcoming branch environment, greet clients, identify sales opportunities, and convert requests into sales or referrals.
