You’ll handle high-volume cash transactions, educate clients on mobile tools, and identify opportunities to meet personal or business goals with Capital One solutions.

The role emphasizes a service-driven, non-commission environment, flexible scheduling, and growth in a customer-centric, digital-forward banking culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in G-Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security/audit standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify customer needs and pair them with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and provide hospitality, balancing efficiency with a welcoming experience.
