Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Branch Manager in Bay Oaks, TX to drive loan growth, tax production, and portfolio performance. You will recruit and lead a high-performing team, engage with customers and the community, and ensure compliant branch operations.

A strong track record in sales, leadership, and collections is required. The role offers a base compensation ranging from $35,500 to $40,000 plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• At least one year of management experience or successful completion of management training.
• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth, or profitability goals.
• Experience managing delinquency, collections, or portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax preparation production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of branch products and services.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance expectations.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions that support branch success.
