TradeSTAR, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead our local office. You will direct recruiting, sales, and account management teams while building strong relationships with technology integrators and electrical contractors.

This hands-on leadership role rewards performance with a base salary plus commissions and bonuses. You’ll mentor staff, drive branch growth, ensure service excellence, and uphold company policies across operations.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, employees, and job candidates.
• Drive business development and sales efforts to grow the branch's client base.
• Lead recruiting, account management, marketing, and client service activities.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop internal team members.
• Support the recruiting and placement of skilled professionals in the commercial electrical and low-voltage industries.
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable.
• Oversee branch operations, company policies, and established procedures.
• Monitor individual and branch performance while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Resolve challenges professionally and maintain a high standard of service for clients and employees.
