Safety-Kleen is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the successful execution and profitability of the assigned branch, including sales growth, customer retention, satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The role includes leadership, budgeting, and ensuring safety accords with DOT and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and understanding budgets including analysis and creation of profit and loss statements.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to lead and mentor in a team environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
• Valid Driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Experience with safety, health and regulatory compliance in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and comply with all safe work practices.
• Direct and optimize overall branch operations within the geographic area.
• Communicate required report information to relevant departments.
• Review reports for operational issues, customer concerns and safety/regulatory compliance.
• Monitor branch performance and identify recurring problems and solutions.
• Provide leadership and maintain a secure, team-oriented workplace.
