Job summary

Crystal Clean is seeking a CDL Driver/Branch Operations Coordinator in Opelousas, LA to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of materials to branch locations, receiving facilities, and third-party vendors via van trailer and tanker. Overnight travel may be required.

Daily tasks include sampling, loading/unloading, and housekeeping to maintain a safe facility. Responsibilities include ensuring DOT compliance, maintaining logs and paperwork, and promoting safe work behaviors consistent with HCC

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• CDL Class A or B with HazMat and tanker endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pulls samples of trucks and tankers prior to offloading.
• Unloads inbound materials from tanker trucks.
• Load tanker trailers for outbound deliveries.
• Transfers materials into or between storage/holding tanks on site.
• Develops ways to operate more effectively.
• Complete shift handover communications.
• Adheres to all corporate policies and standards including environmental, health & safety.
