Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is the minimum education.
• At least 3 years of job-related experience.
• Excellent management, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at basic/intermediate level.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures preferred.
• Mortgage licensing system identifier preferred but may be required.

Responsibilities

• Generates high value customer relationships through sales leads and outbound calling.
• Executes and coaches sales strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Oversees daily branch operations, HR responsibilities, and compliance with policies.
