Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Branch Manager in Shallotte, NC. The role focuses on directing sales and operations at the branch, expanding new to bank customers, coaching staff, and ensuring compliant, efficient service delivery.

The incumbent will lead daily activities, community outreach, and adherence to policies and core values. The position requires strong management, communication, and customer service skills, with a minimum of a high school diploma and preferably a BA/BS.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• BA or BS preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent management and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in banking or retail banking environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall sales and operations management of the branch.
• Direct the sales team and coach on customer acquisition and relationship building.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Ensure branch operates in accordance with policies, procedures, and core values.
• Execute HR responsibilities, lead daily sales meetings, and manage branch facilities and risks.
