Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 3 years of job-related experience is required to perform primary responsibilities.
• Excellent management, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to use a personal computer and job-related software (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs market and business development duties by generating high value customer relationships.
• Execute and coach sales strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers and applicants.
• Coach branch team and facilities to meet FNB standards.
• Ensure operational integrity and compliance with policies and procedures.
