Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Proven ability to generate business through community involvement, referrals, and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production (if applicable), profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Review, approve, and close loans within guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collections to maintain portfolio health.
• Lead and develop branch staff and ensure compliant operations.
