Responsibilities

• Generates new business by conducting business development calls on existing and prospective customers to meet sales goals.
• Supervises branch personnel; trains, directs and coaches staff; conducts reviews.

• Oversees loan portfolio: interviews applicants, analyzes financials and makes decisions.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies and procedures; maintains internal controls.
