Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years retail banking and lending experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze/ summarize complex financial information and recommend actions.

Responsibilities

• Generates new business through calls to customers and prospects to meet sales goals.
• Supervises branch personnel; conducts reviews and coaching.
• Manages the branch loan portfolio and approves loans within authority.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies; maintains internal controls.
• Balances budgets, audits, and operational procedures; resolves complaints.
• Oversees security, audits, scheduling, and vendor relations.
• Drives community involvement and represents the branch locally.
