Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• May require NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Crosstrain, lead and develop team to maximize efficiency and engagement.
• Promote branch business development and referrals to increase wallet share.
• Conduct sales calls and customer meetings.
• Take and process loan applications and review exceptions.
• Manage loan portfolio and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee branch staffing, schedules, audits, and performance reviews.
• Mentor, train, and coach branch personnel.
• Participate in community roles as appropriate.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
