Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management, growth and profitability of the branch.
• Mentor, develop, and supervise branch employees; drive sales and service goals.
• Manage branch operations, compliance, and risk controls.
• Lead business development and local community engagement.
• Hire, on-board, and evaluate staff; coach for performance.
• Develop and monitor branch business plans and 360 View usage.
• Interview loan applicants and outline loan terms; ensure regulatory alignment.
