Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years banking/financial services experience required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise branch staff and operations to meet deposits, loan, and service goals.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance management; conduct regular reviews.
• Interview and hire staff with strong sales and service skills.
• Address member questions and compliance issues, manage risk within limits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls; address audits and policy exceptions.
